Refund policy
At Warwick Bazaar, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days for orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with any original tags or packaging where applicable.
Returns are accepted by mail only. In-store returns are not currently offered unless agreed by Warwick Bazaar in advance.

Return Label
Return shipping is free. Customers must print the return label before sending the item back.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions and confirm the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons, where applicable. Any non-returnable items should be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
Exchanges
We do not currently accept exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
